HEALTH COUNCIL
a. To cater to the increasing health services needs of the growing population of
non-resident Indian (NRI) and persons of Indian Origin (PIO) community by
monitoring the health trends, statistics and reports among this group and
encouraging community involvement in seeking such services for improving health
conditions in the community.
b. To foster collaborative health seminars and services for the benefit of the
non-resident Indian (NRIs) and persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) on health related
issues and services that are of current interest and concern.
c. To provide, where possible and expedient, guidance and referrals on health
services based on categories, region and other pertinent factors.
d. To open Hospitals in India to provide free health services to the poor section of
the society.

Amadio Bianchi ( Swami Suryananda Saraswati ) is President of World Movement for Yoga and
International Yoga and Ayurveda School C.Y. Surya, Milan (Italy), Vice-President of International Yog
Confederation (Delhi) India, and European Yoga Federation, Madrid (Spain), General Coordinator
of World Movement of Ayurveda, San Paolo (Brazil) and Italian Official Confederation of Yoga,
Director of International Affairs and Country Commission of European Ayurveda Association, Bell
(Germany), Official Ambassador of The World Community of Indian Culture & Traditional
Disciplines.
Teacher of Hindu culture and philosophy, Ayurvedic massage, Yoga, he went in contact with the
oriental thought by publishing two philosophy pamphlets: “L’evoluzione” and “I simboli” that
allowed him to discover the oriental culture.
He held courses in Italy, India, Croatia, Greece, France, Latvia, Portugal, Slovenia, Poland, Spain,
Switzerland, Romania, Argentina, Bulgaria, Canada, Brazil.
In Italy, he took part in lots of radio and television programs, as guest. For example: TG 2
"Costume e Società", Rai Uno Mattina, Vivere Meglio - Rete 4, "La vita in diretta " - Rai 2, "Monitor
Popoli" - Sat 2000, Tg regionale - Rai 3, "Salute e Benessere" - Radio Sole 24, Totem - RTL 102.5,
Mediolanum "Le buone notizie" - Mediolanum Channel, etc…
He has also been invited, as speaker, to many important congresses and manifestations in many
countries around the world.
